Gold Planning Package includes: • Complimentary consultation when booked and help with locating vendors (hair/makeup, florist, venue etc.) • Up to four hours of personalized meetings. Meetings include face-to-face communication to plan everything for your wedding. Plus unlimited phone and e-mail communication throughout the planning process leading up to your wedding day • Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception-sites at least two weeks prior to wedding date • Thorough review of vendor details o Confirm all contract details and arrival times over the phone one week prior to your wedding o Instruct vendors to first contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your wedding (Try to eliminate any stress) • Ceremony and reception set-up and decorating o Serve as point of contact for venue staff and all vendors; we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave o Set up all ceremony items including programs, unity candles, aisle runners, etc. o Set up all reception items including seating cards, place cards, gifts table and card box, wedding favors, etc. • Ceremony and reception coordination o Keep bridal party and vendors to the established time line o Distribute flowers, bouquets, and pin corsages and boutonnières o Assist guests and answer questions as needed by vendors And More/ Please inquire if you are interested
